Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Web200’s services (“Services”) and constitute an agreement between you (“Client”) and Web200. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Web200 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided to existing Clients.


1. Minimum Contract Term

   – All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of one (1) year. The contract will automatically renew annually unless canceled by either party as outlined in these Terms.


2. Cancellation Policy

   – Cancellations may only be made after the initial one-year term. Upon cancellation, Web200 reserves the right to immediately take down the Client’s website. Any remaining subscription fees will not be refunded.

   – Clients who cancel their subscription after completing at least two (2) full years of continuous subscription may retain full ownership of their website, including the design, and may choose to transfer it to another hosting provider.


3. Reactivation of Services

   – If a Client wishes to resume their website services after cancellation, they may do so by making the necessary payments and resubscribing to a new term.


4. Hosting Requirement

   – All websites created through Web200 must utilize Web200’s hosting services. External hosting providers are not permitted for websites maintained or supported by Web200.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

   – All content provided by the Client for use on the website remains the Client’s intellectual property. However, Web200 retains ownership of the website design, layout, and any custom code created unless expressly transferred in writing.


6. Payment Terms

   – Subscription fees must be paid on time as per the agreed billing cycle. Web200 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of overdue payments.


7. Limitation of Liability

   – Web200 shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients assume full responsibility for the operation and content of their websites.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

   – Web200 respects the privacy of its Clients and is committed to protecting any personal data shared with us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling practices.


9. Service Availability

   – While Web200 endeavors to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee continuous uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally impact service availability.

. Website Completion Timeline

   – All newly subscribed websites will be completed within one (1) month from the subscription date. If completed earlier, the website will be delivered sooner. This timeframe serves as a safe estimation to ensure quality and readiness before launch.


11. Content Update Turnaround Time

   – Monthly content updates provided under the subscription plan require a minimum of two (2) weeks for completion. Clients should submit update requests in advance to accommodate this timeframe. Requests for urgent updates within a shorter period may be subject to additional charges, depending on complexity and availability.


12. Termination of Agreement

   – Web200 reserves the right to terminate the service for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, the website will be taken down, and access will be restricted.


13. Amendments to Terms

   – Web200 may amend these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
